Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays).

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. *Please provide CORRECT shipping information and contact number. If failed to provide, you will be informed to collect your parcel at the nearest courier office/contact us for a different arrangement.

• Preparation Time: Usually ready in 1 - 2 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM. (except public holidays)
• Notification: We'll notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready to pickup.
• What to Bring: Confirmation email for pickup.

Damaged, Defected / Wrong Goods
In the event that wrong goods are received, damaged or defected, kindly please contact us at cs@naturh.com.my within 2 days of the receipt of your product. We will reply to your email shortly and try to rectify your problem soonest possible.
