    Spearmint Essential Oil. Spearmint, which gets its name from its spear-shaped leaves, belongs to the mint family (Lamiaceae). Spearmint is a perennial plant that grows 11–40 inches tall and flourishes in temperate climates. It is widely used in gums, candies, and dental products for its minty taste, and to promote fresh breath.

    Spearmint essential oil is valued for its therapeutic benefits. In aromatherapy, the oil is known for its uplifting, energizing scent that can help alleviate stress, reduce fatigue, and promote mental clarity. It is also commonly used to support digestive health, offering relief from indigestion, nausea, and bloating when used topically or through inhalation.
