    Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia) Essential Oil

    Bergamot Essential Oil. This tree’s fruit is a cross between the lemon and the orange, giving the small, round fruit a slight pear-shaped, and yellow colouring. Some think the fruit appears to look like a mini orange. Bergamot Essential Oil is a popular scent in the perfumery industry, and its powerful fragrance makes it an important constituent in many perfumes in which it acts as the top note.

    Directions For Use

    Diffusion

    • Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.

    Topical use

    • Dilute 3 drops in 10ml base oil and apply to the desired area. Always dilute with base oil/carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

    How to use

    • Diffuse Bergamot oil in the classroom, at work, or at home when stress levels or tension is high.
    • Apply to the skin while showering and inhaling deeply to experience its calming aroma while enjoying its purifying skin benefits.
    • Dilute with base oil & apply to the feet before bedtime
    • Add one to two drops to your DIY skin care cleanser.
